The NetTalon System 3000 using Virtual Command Technology allows multiple First Responders to have "Virtual Presence" in any building from anywhere on the planet.

The NetTalon System 3000 reports real-time information to four types of workstations; the Administrative Control Workstation (ACW), the Tactical Assessment & Control System (TACS), the Mobile Tactical Assessment System (MTAS), and the Annunciator.

The Administrative Control Workstation (ACW) is a full functioned workstation capable of defining, monitoring and maintaining the sensor network. There is no limit on the number of Administrative Control Workstation that can be connected to the network.

The ACW serves as the network host, where the security/fire alarm control panels report any change in a sensor condition in 1-2 seconds. The change is displayed on a network map and a textual list and is accompanied by an aural alert when the change is an alarm condition. The ACW communicates to its panel over a high-speed network with permanent connectivity between the devices and uses a static IP address.

The Tactical Assessment & Control System (TACS) consists of workstation software installed on computers within the facility. It requires a static IP address and is primarily a control workstation used to tactically assess on on-going emergency. The TACS workstation has the capability to execute facilty control functions during an emergency situation. Specific control capabilities include locking/unlocking doors, activating lights, unmasking security sensors, etc.

The Mobile Tactical Assessment System (MTAS) is a mobile read-only system that receive real-time status information from the network. There is no limit on the number of MTAS's that can be connected to the network. The MTAS supports all the graphic display functions of the ACW but is a "read-only" device.

The Annunciator is a local wall mounted workstation that receives real-time status information from the network. Like the TACS and MTAS, the Annunciator supports all graphic display functions but is a read-only device. A wall mounted display unit, the Annunciator provides a touch screen interface to facilitate navigation through the various graphic screens. The Annunciator provides the status of the System 3000 panel and any supervisory systems (e.g. sprinkler system) that the alarm control panel is monitoring.
