In April, 2002, The U. S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, published a report on:

Technology Assessment in the War on Terrorism and Homeland Security: The Role of OTA (Office of Technology Assessment).

This report was prepared at the request of Hon. Ernest F. Hollings, Chairman of that Senate Committee. NetTalon's technology has been singled out for special attention.

The Report was prepared under the auspices of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and conducted by Mr. Ellis R. Mottur, Public Policy Scholar at the Wilson Center. Mr. Mottur had earlier served as the first Assistant Director of the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment and more recently as Acting Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Transportation and Technology Industries.
