Chairman of the Board, General Frederick J. Kroesen has served as a director of our company since March 2002. In September 2004 he was elected to be Vice Chairman and on December 10, 2004 he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. General Kroesen is a retired four-star general and a national and international security consultant. Shortly after retiring in 1983, Gen. Kroesen assisted in the founding of MPRI, Inc., a successful company with almost 1,000 employees, engaged internationally in military education, training and management for the U.S. government and its allies. Gen. Kroesen received bachelor degrees in agriculture from Rutgers University and in international affairs from George Washington University. He received a masters degree in international affairs from George Washington University. In 1983, Rutgers University awarded him an honorary doctorate (LHD) in humane letters.

CEO/President, Daniel C. Colin  was hired as NetTalon's Chief Executive Officer/President in December 2004. Mr. Colin brings to NetTalon over 35 years of fire and security business experience. Prior to retiring in 2001 he held senior management positions in Siemens Building Technologies' Fire Systems unit, as Senior Vice President, Sales--Senior Vice President, Business Development and Vice President, Business Development. During his almost 11 years with Siemens he led the organization to a three-fold increase in business. As Director of Marketing, Vice President of Operations and finally Vice President, Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer for ADT he was responsible for significant growth in both their commercial and residential security and fire systems business. Additionally, two operating divisions of the company were managed by Mr. Colin. His career with Simplex spanned 12 years where he was promoted six times and included responsibilities for service, service management, sales, branch management, district management and marketing. Mr. Colin maintains professional affiliations with all of the relevant industry associations.

Director of Corporate Development, Donald R. Jones, Jr.  has served as a Director and in the position of President, Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing/Sales. In these roles, he has developed a sales strategy that will leverage partnerships with both the fire and casualty industry and the communication industry to help introduce the NetTalon System 3000 into the marketplace. His tasks involve developing several key partnerships in the fire and casualty and communication industries and starting a reseller program. Mr. Jones started with OCI in February of 1998, where he was a senior level marketing manager working for the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to OCI, Mr. Jones worked for Hughes/Raytheon where he was the Business Development Manager for the Telemedicine & Video Applications Directorate under the Training Operations Division. Mr. Jones received his bachelors degree from Virginia Military Institute in 1967.

Director of Administration/Finance, Ronald Dubois, Ph.D.  has served as a Director and Treasurer since 1998 and as Secretary since May 2003. Dr. Dubois is our Director of Administration/Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Dubois is one of the companys founders. Previously Dr. Dubois served as the Proposal Manager for the OCI Simulation Systems Division and Deputy Director of the OCI Wireless Communications Division from 1996 to 2001. Prior to joining OCI, Dr. Dubois worked at Chaminade University, Honolulu, Hawaii for ten years as Associate Professor Chemistry/Mathematics and for six years as the Vice President for Finance and Operations.

Director of Engineering, David Kimmel , has served in this capacity since our inception in October 1998 and is the principal architect of the NetTalon System 3000 and the lead applicant listed on our process patent application. As Director of Engineering, Mr. Kimmel is involved in the decision making process regarding all aspects of the NetTalon System 3000 design and development. Mr. Kimmel also provides us with experience in managing, designing, implementing and maintaining computer networks.
