President and Director Donald R. Jones, Jr.  has served as a Director and in the positions of President, Executive Vice President, Director of Corporate Development and Director of Marketing/Sales. In these roles, he has developed a marketing strategy that will leverage partnerships with first responders to help introduce the NetTalon System 3000 into the marketplace. Mr. Jones started with OCI in February of 1998, where he was a senior level marketing manager working for the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to OCI, Mr. Jones worked for Hughes/Raytheon where he was the Business Development Manager for the Telemedicine & Video Applications Directorate under the Training Operations Division. Mr. Jones received his bachelors degree from Virginia Military Institute in 1967.

Director of Administration/Finance, Ronald Dubois, Ph.D.  has served as a Director and Treasurer since 1998 and as Secretary since May 2003. Dr. Dubois is our Director of Administration/Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Dubois is one of the companys founders. Previously Dr. Dubois served as the Proposal Manager for the OCI Simulation Systems Division and Deputy Director of the OCI Wireless Communications Division from 1996 to 2001. Prior to joining OCI, Dr. Dubois worked at Chaminade University, Honolulu, Hawaii for ten years as Associate Professor Chemistry/Mathematics and for six years as the Vice President for Finance and Operations.
